Our Deep Cleaning service goes far beyond the basics. Ideal for first-time clients, seasonal cleaning, or homes/offices that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while, this thorough service targets built-up grime, hidden dust, and often-overlooked areas. ***What’s included in Our Deep Clean:*** • Dusting of all accessible surfaces (furniture, shelves, décor) and ceiling fans, vents, blinds, and light fixtures • Vacuuming and mopping floors • Wiping down countertops and kitchen surfaces • Cleaning appliance exteriors (fridge, microwave, stovetop) • Sanitizing sinks, faucets and high-touch areas more intensively • Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom surfaces (toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors) • Spot cleaning light switches, door handles, and glass surfaces • Emptying trash bins and replacing liners • General tidying and straightening of rooms • Cleaning behind and underneath furniture and appliances • Hand-washing baseboards, door frames, and molding • Scrubbing tile grout and deep-cleaning bathroom surfaces • Cleaning the interior of kitchen appliances (oven, microwave, fridge) • Washing interior windows and window sills • Wiping cabinet fronts (and interiors upon request) Please note: Cleaning times and final price may vary based on office/home size and condition. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Life happens! You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may forfeit the deposit to compensate for reserved time. No-Show Policy: If no one is present to grant access at the scheduled time and we're unable to complete the service, a 50% service fee may be charged. Access Instructions: Please provide clear entry instructions at booking (e.g. door codes, lockbox, gate codes). If a cleaner cannot enter within 15 minutes of arrival, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. Pet Safety Notice: Please ensure that all pets are secured or properly supervised during your appointment. This helps ensure the safety of both your pet and the cleaner. We are not responsible for any injuries, escapes, or incidents involving unsecured pets during your service. Add-On Services: All extras must be selected during booking. If you'd like to add anything last minute, just let us know - we'll do our best to accommodate! Satisfaction Guarantee: If something's not right, let us know within 24 hours. We'll work to make it right.
