Refund & Cancellation  Policy

Refunds, Cancellations, and No-Shows 

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled service may forfeit the deposit.

  • No-shows or failure to provide access at the time of service, will result in loss of deposit and a 50% service fee may be charged.

  • If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

  • Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis, based on the nature of the concerns and service provided. In the event that we must cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit.
