Services and Bookings

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services booked through our website. The availability, duration, and cost of services may vary based on location, home condition, or cleaner availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Payments

A deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. The deposit amount may vary based on the service selected and will be applied toward your total service cost. Final pricing may vary depending on property condition, size, and any custom add-on services requested. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This may be collected via digital invoice or automatically charged to the original payment method on file, depending on the arrangement at the time of booking. You will be informed of the final payment method prior to or at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards processed securely through third party providers.

Failure to pay the remaining balance within 24 hours of service completion may result in additional late fees or cancellation of future appointments.

If additional services are added during the appointment or the scope of work differs significantly from the initial booking, you will be notified, and your balance with be adjusted accordingly before final payment is collected.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details.

Use of the Website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site to:

Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to access other users' information
Disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of the site

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these terms.

Contractor-Based Services

Our cleaners are independent contractors. While we conduct vetting and take quality seriously, we are not liable for acts of negligence, omissions, or misconduct by third-party service providers. We will, however, work promptly to address concerns.

Pets and Property Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring pets are secured or supervised during appointments. We are not liable for injuries or incidents involving unsecured pets or property hazards.
